Student Accommodation

• Student accommodation are available for students.
• The rental for the accommodation may range from RM190.00 to RM500.00 per month depending on the location and type of accommodation.
• Tenancy agreement is for 12 months period.
• Tenant shall pay Hostel Management RM100.00 for Utilities/Damages Deposit and One Month Rental Deposit.
• These deposits are non-refundable and subject to terms and conditions.
• Transportation from hostel to GCI are already included in the fees.
