Landscape Architecture combines both art and science. It is a profession that designs, plans and manages exterior spaces and land through the use of land and water elements to create practical and aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces. The works of landscape architecture not only add values but also provide living comforts in residential area, work place and playing spaces. Landscape Architects serve not only as designers but they help create spaces that respond to human activities and their need in spaces for meeting and leisure.
Students will be exposed to the knowledge and will be taught skills required in landscape planning, design and researches for areas such as public park, residential areas, industrial, commercial and etc. Landscape Architect is also professional profession in Malaysia and world instead. Our program always refer to Institute of Landscape Architecture Malaysia (ILAM) advice and requirements as well as industry needs.
Programme Outline
Diploma in Landscape Architecture curriculum emphasize on design studio projects, which is the primary academic component of each semester. Students will undergo 12-15 hours studio in a week to ensure the projects that will be presenting by the students hit the standard. This studio training is coupled with imaginative and comprehensive instruction in landscape architectural history, technology, theory, digital media, techniques of representation and professional concerns. Besides, students will also expose with field work and site visit for better understanding of area and construction of each development process.

Pass SPM / SPMV with 3 credits in any subjects preferable in Mathematics or Arts
